Ultimate Natural High Elixir Recipe

12 oz. Warm Gynostemma Tea

1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 -2 scoops Organic Grass Fed Whey Protein

1 -2 Tablespoons Coconut Crystals

2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp BrainON Powder

1 -2 tsp He Shou Wu Extract or 6 – 12 caps

1 -2 tsp Mucuna Pruriens Extract or 6 – 12 caps

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high for about 60 seconds.
