First we should begin this article by asking a couple of questions.

Is it possible for one herb to do it all?

If so, how could this be possible and what basis does this have?

The answer to the first question is a strong YES.

There is one herb that can pretty much do it all and that herb is of course Schizandra.

Overview

What we’re going to do in this article is go over how and why this is actually possible. This article will be the first in a series of articles, podcasts, and videos that will reveal the true magic and power of this herb. Part two of this article will be available on Thursday so be on the look out in your email for that. The final installment in this series is guaranteed to be outrageous, entertaining, shocking, and hilarious.

Also, I’m sure you’ve seen the hints I’ve been dropping recently about the upcoming release of “The Most Potent Tonic Product I’ve Ever Tried.” I say that confidently and I also say that we could call this easily the highest quality herbal product on the marketplace today. I make both of those claims with 100% assurance and confidence and I will explain all the details of this in the days to come.

Here’s The Story

I’ve been in love with the Schizandra Berry from the very first taste. This was well over 7 years ago and ever since that moment I have been on the hunt for the absolute realest and most potent Schizandra product. Over these past 7 years I have tried every product on the market, ranging from the dried berries, to tinctures, to teas, and to powdered extracts. The problem was that none of these products could truly capture the real essence and personality of this amazing herb, thus none of these products delivered on the magic and potency this herb can deliver.

Long story short, after all of these years of searching I feel that I have finally found the product that I have been questing for all of this time. A product, which truly encapsulates, communicates, and delivers all of the magic Schizandra is capable of.

We will explore this more in the coming days, so stay tuned…

How Schizandra Does It all

Schizandra is completely magical and unique because it is the only thing I know of that actually contains all five flavors. Now this is important to note because in Chinese Medicine each flavor corresponds to an element, which corresponds to an organ system. Five flavors, five elements, and five major organ systems. So we can say that since Schizandra contains all five flavors, it affects all five organs. This also means that Schizandra directly affects all twelve meridians and why we can say that Schizandra does it all.

Now that we understand what makes this herb so unique and special, let’s take a look at each of the five elements and see how Schizandra influences that element and that organ system.

Flavor: Sweet (found in skin of fruit)

Organ: Spleen

Element: Earth

Connection: The spleen is responsible for the intake, processing and shipping out of food and fluids of the body. It is the organ that is responsible for taking food qi, which is the highest revered qi by Traditional Chinese Medicine, and making it useful to our bodies. The spleen is also responsible for the manufacturing of blood and its retention its vessels. In a similar light, the Earth element is associated with nourishment, as well as staying grounded and connected. Schizandra and its sweet element tucked away so seductively in its skin provides to “astringe jing.” This means that it dries up any excess fluids, aiding issues dealing with diarrhea, frequent urination, excess vaginal fluid, premature ejaculation, water weight or excess sweating. As the spleen also governs gastro-intestinal fluids, and it is the epicenter of generating qi, blood and other bodily fluids, schizandra is often used in many blood building and moving formulas. The spleen and schizandra are a perfect pilot and co-pilot in sending nutrients through your heart, out to the four limbs and to the rest of your body.

Flavor: Pungent (found in seed)

Organ: Lung

Element: Metal

Connection: The lungs, otherwise known as the canopy of the organs, are the control tower of qi. The ability to effectively translate air qi helps to disperse it throughout your whole body. Metal is the element of retreat and withdrawal, inducing the reputation of refinement and self-esteem. The lungs are directly connected to the skin and hair, as they are outward indicators of the flow of oxygen throughout your system. Nourishing one affects the other and vice versa. Schizandra has been used for centuries as a skin and beauty tonic, helping oxygen and moisture circulate through your cells. Schizandra is also utilized for its anti-asthmatic effects, helping to ail wet coughs, wheezing and protecting against inflammation of the bronchial tree. This lung astringent quality can not only be witnessed through a deeper inhale, but also in the movement of oxygen through your cells, making its way out to more radiant hair and skin overtime.

Flavor: Salty (throughout whole fruit)

Organ: Kidney

Element: Water

Connection: The kidneys are the root and reservoir of all the body’s energy and qi. Strong and healthy kidney function lead to a healthy and long life. All fluids pass through the kidneys, and as schizandra is both an astringent and a demulcent, it helps to balance these fluids, taking stress off of the kidneys. The kidneys are the treasure chests of jing, and are responsible for dispersion of jing. Water is the element of collective intelligence and DNA, as it is associated with the will to sustain our bodies, sexual vigor and tenacity of the mind. This all easily connects with the kidneys and jing. Jing, being the essence of life, is known to be lost through ejaculation for men. Schizandra helps to build water qi in the kidneys, helping to sustain sexual endurance in men, build fluids and sensitivity in women and create abundantly more sexual energy for both parties. This is also supplemental to schizandra being a powerful herbal aphrodisiac.

Flavor: Sour (found in skin)

Organ: Liver

Element: Wood

Connection: The liver is responsible for preventing the stagnation of qi throughout your internal organs and meridians. Wood is the element of growth, change and expansion, initiating movement with the will to create and procreate. The liver governs creative energy, as harboring anger and stress will counteract and desecrate the liver. Schizandra helps to protect you from stress on both the internal systems and emotional forefront. Schizandra is also known for its liver cleansing properties, containing various lignans that help to prevent liver damage, stimulate liver repair and enact normal liver function. Liver energy is stored in the genital organs, and schizandra is not only a powerful liver antioxidant, but also used avidly as a sexual tonic. As previously stated, schizandra helps to optimize the male erection and female arousal, as your liver energy will also be vitalized.

Flavor: Bitter (found in seed)

Organ: Heart

Element: Fire

Connection: The heart is the residence of Shen, which is one of the three treasures, and the spiritual aspect of a human being. In other words, it harbors the mind within your heart, as it does your heart within your mind. The yin within the yang. The yang within the yin. Finding fluid and full control of your heart creates compassion and patience. The heart is viewed as the organizing principle of your being, as Shen helps to direct qi throughout our physical, mental and emotional states of being. Shen can be seen through the quality of our thoughts and the function of our minds. Just as schizandra has been seen to have a normalizing effect on the cardiovascular system and blood pressure, mental function has been seen to achieve similar attributes. Schizandra has been taken for mental clarity and agility, shown to improve concentration and induce a wakeful focus without the stimulant effects. As the element of fire helps to bring your being into full-expansion through love and compassion, schizandra has the same effects on Shen.

What’s Up Next

By now you can easily see and understand why Schizandra is such an amazing and highly regarded herb. In fact many tonic herbalists regard Schizandra as the quintessential tonic herb because of its rare and unique ability to do SO MANY amazing things in the body.

However, because Schizandra is so unique and complex, most products(Personally,I say all of them) available today barely communicate and provide the full spectrum and personality that this herb can provide. What I mean is that they generally only provide one or two of the five flavors and thus, really only provide a fraction or a small glimmer of the full potential.

In the next installment of this article we will be exploring this more deeply as well as learning about the connection between Schizandra, Sex, Beauty, and Longevity.

Reishi mushroom is one of the leading tonic herbs of all time, obviously quality and potency is of the utmost importance.

Time being the keyword here, it also has been known to our human existence for over four thousand years. Reishi has different varieties, as it is found in nature in different colors, and is cultivated to different stages. As an herbal supplement, reishi can start to get diluted and considerably less effective depending on a few different factors. The first factor is what it is you are exactly taking, in regards to the type of reishi mushroom and the level of maturity it has reached. The second thing to keep in mind is how it is grown. This could not only deal with whether it is wild or greenhouse, but also the type of wood, if any, and the type of soil, again, if any. Growing conditions are also very important when cultivating reishi. There is no reason to have to decode your herbal supplements, but without proper education, it is unfortunately necessary in this field. As it is important to get the most out of your reishi, Duanwood reishi answers positively to these unanswered questions, acting as a seal of quality. Just as USDA organic ensures the safety of your grocery, Duanwood reishi ensures the quality of your mushroom.

Twenty years ago, Japanese Dr. Yoshi discovered that reishi mushroom possessed cancer-healing properties. The Japanese government wasted no time in sending him to China in search of the finest, highest quality and most potent reishi mushroom. Through much research and lab tests it was discovered that Duanwood reishi prevailed as meeting the requirements Dr. Yoshi had set. Duanwood reishi specifies that it has been grown on specific types of hardwood indigenous to specific areas of China. It is the fruiting bodies of the red reishi mushroom, while other varieties of reishi include black, blue, white, yellow and purple. There are actually over two thousand different varieties of reishi found in nature, while only a small number have been shown to have potent medical benefits. Duanwood reishi has the highest concentration of powerful, plant-kingdom medicinal agents, called phytonutrients.

It is also common in the field of medicinal mushrooms to use the immature bodies of the mycelium, which is the stage of the mushroom between the spore and the mature adult body. In most cases, these mushrooms are cultivated in grain slurry, in a box, with a small growing period. It costs considerably less money to produce mycelium, and when you get the final product, it is half minimally potent mushroom and half the grain slurry the mushroom was not able to digest. When dealing with Duanwood reishi, you are ensured the highest quality of mushroom, grown on hardwood in nutrient-rich soil, where the mushroom is able to obtain the essential phytonutrients it needs for its powerful health benefits. The government actually regulates Duanwood reishi, as it is forbidden to use chemicals or pesticides in the growing process, so you can be assured that you are also getting a one hundred percent organic product.

When choosing your reshi supplement, there is no reason to have to translate terms left unexplained on your bottle. We can now see why Duanwood reishi is the highest grade of reishi mushroom available on the market today.

He Shou Wu has been classically regarded as one of the greatest anti-aging, rejuvenation, and longevity herbs in Chinese Medicine. He Shou Wu is classified as a tonic to the Kidney Yin Jing as well as to the Blood. It’s also said to have a stabilizing and grounding effect to the heart and nervous system and its for these reasons that many experience a calm sense of upliftedness after consuming this revered tonic herb.

The good news is that modern science has revealed some mechanisms why which this effect may be occurring. One top candidate is he shou wu’s ability to inhibit monoamine oxidase or MAO-B.

Researchers have found that of all herbs studied, he shou wu is the greatest inhibitor of MAO activity.

In animal studies, it was shown that he shou wu is very unique among plants as a monoamine oxidase B inhibitor. It specifically inhibits MAO-B activity, which is associated with the onset of geriatric senility. The primary benefit of MAO-B inhibition is an up-regulation of dopamine, which declines with age and is vital for mood, growth hormone release, sexual function, and coordination. After the age of 45 or 50, MAO-B activity increases significantly in the tissues of the brain. In one animal study, an MAO-B inhibition effect of over 80% was noted, suggesting that this is one of he shou wu’s important anti-aging effects.

What we need to understand is that MAO is essentially an enzyme that breaks down dopamine. There are two types of MAO “A” and “B.” Some studies have shown that the two types of MAO activity, A and B, appear to have different domains of activity in the body and the brain has both types of activity. These two types of activity are mediated by different enzyme molecules and are regulated independently by endogenous and exogenous factors including genetic determinants, hormones, and aging. In humans, inhibition of MAO-A activity can lead to mood upliftment. While having low levels of MAO-B has been associated with an increased susceptibility to mental imbalance and mental distress. This could be due to having low levels of dopamine caused because the body is recycling it to fast due to a shortage of MAO-B.

It’s important to note that dopamine is a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and well-being and that is also helps control the brain’s reward and pleasure centers. Dopamine also helps regulate movement and emotional responses, and it enables us not only to see rewards, but also to take action to move toward them. So from this we can see how having low levels of this chemical and easily open the door for mental distress and imbalance.

From this brief example we can see how in modern terms, the ancient claims made about he shou wu have been validated. We can also see why this is a great herb for helping to uplift the spirit by inhibiting monoamine oxidase B, which in turn can help us to have a greater amount of dopamine available in our system.

Taking It To The Next Level

Now that we have seen how he shou wu can inhibit MAO-B and allow us to naturally have more dopamine in our system, the obvious question is, what other herbs and foods could we combine to create a greater effect? What I mean is what other things would synergize and potentiate he shou wu to create even greater and more noticeable changes?

In part two of this article I will be sharing with you a recipe and formula which you can use to naturally boost the bliss chemicals in our brain.

This recipe will facilitate:

-Raising of Consciousness
-Self Reflection and Insight
-Greater Concentration and Focus
-Sense of Euphoria
-Feelings of Love and Bliss – Please note, I do not mean metaphorically, but literally in the neuro-chemical sense.
-Greater Learning and Mental Acuity
-And much, much, more…

This formula has been many years in the works and gone through many iterations and forms, but finally I feel pretty confident to release my Ultimate Natural High Elixir Recipe.

Keep an eye out for this in the next few days…

Polyrachis As The Top Jing Tonic

Polyrachis ant has been used for centuries as a tonic herb to improve the jing energy in the body. If we are interested in real health, vitality, and longevity, then we should learn how to conserve, preserve, and build this energy.

Since this energy is so important and crucial, let’s take a minute to explore it more deeply.

Jing is that which is the material basis for our life, which can be transmuted and transformed into a new life through the process of pro-creation. Jing is the most highly refined substance in our body, thus is forms the basis for all of our tissues, especially the male and female sexual fluids, as well as the sperm and ova. We can see that jing represents the reserve or stored energy of the body which is divided into two aspects, pre-natal and post-natal. The pre-natal is what we have genetically and hereditarily inherited from our parents and our families genetic heritage. The Post-natal is that which we accumulate in our life time through our diet and lifestyle. So from this we can see a one part of our jing energy is inherited and the other is generated in our own lifetime.

It is our ability to generate, conserve, and preserve this jing energy that determines our freedom from degenerative disease as well as our potential lifespan. From this we can say that jing has a huge influence over the quality and quantity of our lifespan.

Jing energy can be observed in the luster and texture of the skin, hair, nails, and tongue.

Most importantly jing energy can be observed in our fertility, sexual prowess, creativity, drive, courage, will, inspiration, and athletic power.

Jing also plays a huge role in the strength of the skeletal system, as well as the production of bone marrow and stem cells.

Jing energy is depleted by the process of living itself, and also by stress, excessive behavior, and overwork. However, with proper exercise, diet, and taking tonic herbs we can replenish and conserve this energy.

Polyrachis Nourishes Both Yin and Yang Jing

This herb nourishes all Three Treasures: Jing, Chi, and Shen. This alone makes it a true superstar tonic herb, but even more impressive is the fact that it nourishes both the yin and yang aspects of the jing energy.

Yin jing is a deeply nourishing energy and is regarded as the cornerstone of rejuvenation and the foundation of longevity. Many regard the accumulation as more or less building reserves of energy that are stored in the body for future use, thus providing long term regenerative and youth preserving qualities. Yin tonic herbs tend to nourish endocrine hormones, which are noticeably depleted as we age as well as when we experience bouts of extreme stress, whether that stress be physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. The process of living and aging depletes this yin energy and it can also be depleted by stress, overwork, exhaustion, childbearing, excessive or chronic drug or medicine use, disease, excessive emotionalism and sexual excess. Deficient Yin Jing can manifest as dark rings under the eyes, backaches, weak kidney and reproductive functions, low resistance to infection, weak digestion, as well as other signs of rapid aging.

Yang Jing is deeply empowering and inspiring. This energy helps us to stoke the fire of life and invigorate dormant vitality. This energy can manifest as great sexual prowess, creativity, will power and athletic power. Thus we can see that one of the results of building this energy is a renewed youthfulness.

Polyrachis is well tolerated by most people since it contains both yin and yang, this makes it more balanced in its effects in the body. Some herbs like Ginseng or Deer Antler can quite often be too warming or stimulating for some people, and its for this reason that polyrachis is regarded as superior.

Why Polyrachis Ant May Be The Best Zinc Supplement

One really important thing to take note of is the zinc content of Polyrachis Ant. This herb has the highest zinc content among all known living organisms.

Why This Is Important

Zinc is critical element involved in many essential processes in the body and is largely deficient in our food supply. On top of that most zinc supplements are the market are not bio-available, which means they are essentially a waste of money since our bodies can not absorb and utilize this key mineral.

Many authorities and health and nutrition agree taking taking isolated vitamins and minerals is at best ineffective and at worst even some times very toxic.

The digestion and utilization of vitamins and minerals is not the simplistic process which we may easily assume that it is. These nutrients generally require other nutrients, co-factors, and enzymes to be present for their proper digestion and utilization. This is why taking isolated nutrients is not always the best idea and why authorities are now agreeing that getting these things from food and natural whole food supplements is the best way to go because all of these supportive nutrients and co-factors are present to make sure the specific nutrient is properly assimilated.

On top of being poorly digested and utilized, most vitamin and mineral supplements are actually petroleum derived and merely a cheap by product of the petroleum industry. Here in is where the toxicity factor comes into play because not only are these nutrients derived from petroleum, not only are they devoid of the necessary co-factors, they are also usually in forms which the body does not recognize and thus can not properly metabolize. This lack of metabolism can easily lead to a build up of toxic elements in the liver and lymphatic system, thus creating a burden on the body while stripping the body of even more nutrients in the process. Hopefully you can see how this sets up a negative feedback loop where in we take in false nutrients that the body does not recognize and thus can not metabolize and from there the body has to pull from its nutrient and mineral reserves to buffer and guard against the newly ingested toxin.

So from these two examples we can see the importance of getting as many of our important minerals from their whole food and natural supplement form.

Eating a balanced and whole food diet is obviously a great choice, but it may not be enough to fill a deficiency or get us to a comfortable place due to the depleted state of our soils and the toxicity found in our environments.

This is why Polyrachis Ant is such a super star in the department.

Zinc and Hormones

Zinc is highly associated with and involved in the production of the essential sex hormones in the body. Having good levels of these sex hormones is linked with youth, vitality, and longevity. To easily illustrate this, think of the time in your life when you had the most energy, the most vitality, and the most sexual prowess. This was most likely during the late teen and early 20s when the levels of sex hormones in the body were peaking. And its no mystery that these levels tend to decline with aging and with it so does out level of energy, vitality, and sexual prowess. Thus maintaining healthy levels of sex hormones in the body should be a key piece of any health and longevity strategy.

Excess release of sexual fluids can deplete the body of zinc, selenium, B-complex vitamins, as well as many other vital nutrients. Male and female sexual fluids are particularly rich in zinc. Those who are sexually active often , and even those who have sex more than once a week, can lose a significant amount of zinc and other nutrients that can be very hard to replace given the nutrient deficiencies in our soils and in our diets. For this reason, many religious and spiritual traditions regard sexual fluid as very sacred.

Zinc Is Critical For Male Sexual Health

Zinc is perhaps the most important single nutrient for a man’s sexuality. It is crucial for the production of sperm and seminal fluid. Clinical studies show that men who supplement zinc experience a dramatic increase in testosterone levels.

Zinc is one of the most common mineral deficiencies in western countries, and even a mild zinc deficiency lowers sex drive, limits muscle gain potential, causes weight gain and hurts energy levels.

Zinc rich foods are a man’s best friend for a number of reasons:

Zinc is the number one mineral for raising testosterone levels.

Zinc supplementation significantly improves insulin sensitivity and guards against diabetes.

Zinc protects against prostate problems.

Zinc is a powerful aromatase inhibitor

Zinc is crucial for the immune system and will help you to train harder without overtraining.

Zinc balances copper in the body leading to greater energy levels and clearer thought processes.

Zinc improves sex drive, increases semen volume and leads to generally better sex!

On top of all of this. numerous aspects of cellular metabolism are zinc-dependent. Zinc plays an important role for the immune system, neurological nervous system, and reproductive system. Zinc participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids (the components of DNA and RNA) and protein, while also playing a role in cell signaling which has been found to influence hormone release and nerve impulse transmission.

Zinc For Womens Health

Zinc And Pre-Menstrual Syndrome

Zinc may also help in the treatment of pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS). PMS affects 50 percent of all menstruating women. There is growing evidence that a deficiency of progesterone underlies PMS. Trace amounts of zinc regulate the secretion of many hormones, including progesterone.

Early research at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston found significantly lower levels of zinc among women with PMS during the luteal phase of menstruation, the 13 days preceding menstruation. This reduction could lead to a decrease in secretions of progesterone and endorphins. Endorphins are the natural painkillers our bodies produce. While research is ongoing, it suggests that some women’s PMS symptoms may be improved by zinc supplementation.

Zinc in Pregnancy And Lactation

It is critical that a pregnant woman satisfy her body’s need for zinc. The official RDI for pregnant women is 19 milligrams per day. A report in the October 1992 American Journal of Epidemiology indicated that low zinc intake was associated with approximately a two-fold increase in risk of low birth weight, and low zinc intake earlier in pregnancy was associated with more than a trebling of pre-term delivery.

Research reported in the British medical journal, The Lancet, September 1992, notes that by the sixth month of lactation even a well-nourished mother may provide less zinc than is necessary for her child. Breastfed babies who received zinc supplements grew significantly in length and weight over those given a placebo.

Zinc in Post-Menopausal Health

As a woman ages, her zinc status may decline for several reasons. Excess estrogen can lower serum zinc levels. Women using estrogen replacement therapy should check to be sure their zinc intake is adequate. A Wayne State study found that nearly 30 percent of a large group of healthy, affluent women over 50 were zinc deficient. Zinc deficiency appears to be common in older women. This may be in part because they eat less and in part because the food they consume is deficient in zinc.

It is well known that the immune system weakens with age, and zinc deficiency may be partly to blame. Zinc is needed for night vision and may also slow the progression of macular degeneration. Macular Degeneration is a disorder of the retina that is the leading cause of severe loss of vision in older women.

Zinc Deficiency Linked To Anorexia and Bulimia

A wide variety of health researchers, nutritionists and physicians are finding that zinc is a sustaining factor in abnormal eating behavior. Dr. Laurie Humphries of the University of Kentucky has found that while patients may develop eating disorders for psychological reasons, they are sustained and complicated by the zinc deficiency that results from decreased food intake.

Diminished Zinc levels may result in a diminished desire to eat because zinc is critical to the senses of taste and smell. In a 1994 summary publication appearing in the Journal for Medical Research, Dr. Alex Schauss reports that studies at Stanford, University of Kentucky, and University of California at Davis found most anorexics and many bulimics were zinc deficient. A five-year study showed an astounding 85 percent remission rate of anorexia nervosa in patients given a zinc supplement. Using zinc supplements resulted in weight gain, better body function and improved mental outlook.

Also some studies have been done that have shown that zinc supplementation can improve mood in women while lowering depression/dejection as well as anger/hostility.

Zinc Is An Essential Mineral For A Myriad Of Important Functions

Zinc is an important mineral for men and women because it has such a crucial role to play in many metabolic and enzymatic functions.

Zinc Helps Us Detoxify

Zinc acts as a potent antioxidant mineral to fight against damaging free radicals which we come in contact with every day. Zinc does this by encouraging the production of enzymes that break down free radicals, SOD (super oxide dismutase). Zinc also helps form a molecule called glutathione which helps to mop up free radicals by absorbing them thus neutralizing them. This is key because glutathione is an endogenous antioxidant produced by our body. Zinc can also assist the body eliminate some heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead, and also aids the body metabolise and get rid of alcohol. High amounts of zinc are required by the body to detox and process alcohol, so drinkers please take note.

Zinc Helps Us Digest our food

Zinc helps make both stomach acid, and some of the digestive enzymes made by the pancreas (e.g. carboxypolypeptidase). Both of these are essential for good digestion.

Zinc Assists In Metabolism

Over 100 enzymes in our body need zinc to function, so zinc plays an important role in maintaining healthy functioning from protein synthesis, to carbohydrate metabolism and DNA synthesis. It also helps maintain the body pH and aids in the production of a range of hormones in the body including sex hormones e.g. testosterone, stress hormones e.g. cortisol and insulin.

Zinc Helps Balance Blood Sugar

Zinc is needed to make insulin, the hormone which helps us regulate blood sugar levels. Healthy insulin production is incredibly important in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels, keeping good energy levels, and in controlling cravings.

Zinc Is Critical For Proper Nervous System Functioning

Zinc is responsible for a list of functions including helping us be able to taste, smell, hear, have a good appetite, and have a strong libido.

Zinc also plays a role in the production of omega 3 fatty acids in the brain which are important in brain functioning. For this reason, zinc may be useful is treating many cognitive and mental imbalances.

Zinc inhibits the enzyme 5 alpha reductase which has been implicated in causing male pattern baldness and prostate enlargement

The enzyme 5 alpha reductase converts testosterone to DHT, which has been implicated in hair loss and prostate enlargement. By inhibiting this enzyme, zinc may be able to inhibit these processes.

Polyrachis Ant: The Herb Of Kings

From this article we can glimpse how and why Polyrachis Ant is regarded as The Herb of Kings and why it has been used for centuries and an anti-aging, life enhancing tonic herb.

This herb is deeply nourishing to a myriad of important functions in the body due to its impressive nutritional content. It helps us re-build and conserve our deep jing energies while also helping us to have more day to day energy due to its positive effects on digestion, assimilation, breathing, and circulation. We get our day to day energy from the food that we eat, the air we breathe, and then the movement and circulation of these energies in the body. So we can see that anything which improves these functions will naturally help us to have more energy.

If that wasn’t enough, we also know that polyrachis naturally increases ATP in the body, which again leads to real, natural, and sustainable energy.

Naturally having more day to day energy while nourishing the deep jing energies of the body is a pretty sure fire way to easily achieve our health and longevity goals.

By protecting and nourishing our day to day energy, we are less likely to need to tap into our deeper reserves of energy.

By conserving our deep reserves of energy while simultaneously generating and building, we have a real recipe for rejuvenation and longevity.

Polyrachis ant helps to do and accomplish this, which is why it is regarded as The King of Herbs.
